This diversity action arises from an accident that occurred on October 4, 1990 in Greece, New York, and which resulted in the death of Michael E. Parks. His mother Frances I. Gregory, as personal representative of his estate, brings this action against the Monroe County Water Authority ("MCWA") and Durocher Dock and Dredge, Inc. ("Durocher") for the wrongful death of her son. Ms. Gregory is a citizen of Maryland....
