This case arises out of an automobile accident involving Bobby Saffel and James McArdle. The parties stipulated to the factual issues and questions of liability and damages leaving for trial only issues concerning insurance coverage. The trial court held in favor of the plaintiffs awarding damages in the amount stipulated to as well as exemplary damages, penalties and attorney's fees against the defendant.
