Movant, Steven Turner, pleaded guilty on May 16, 1990, to three counts of first degree robbery, § 569.020, and three counts of armed criminal action, § 571.015.1 He was sentenced as a prior offender to concurrent terms of 25 years on each count. Movant was delivered to the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections on May 22, 1990.
