Appellant, Joan Hill, appeals the granting of a summary judgment in favor of appellee, Larry Steve Steinberger.

A final decree of divorce between Joan Hill and Larry Steve Steinberger was signed on January 16, 1986. On July 14, 1989, Hill filed a bill of review, seeking to have the judgment set aside because: 1) Steinberger's fraud and misrepresentations prevented Hill from asserting her rights to a greater share of the marital...
