McRAE, Justice, for the Court:

Fred Fleming was convicted of strong-arm robbery and aggravated assault by the Circuit Court of Hinds County, and sentenced to serve a term of fifteen (15) years on the robbery conviction and twenty (20) years on the aggravated assault conviction in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with both sentences to run concurrently.
