Appellant, Marshall James Green, Jr., appeals to this Court after having been convicted by a jury in Prince George's County of felony murder, robbery with a deadly weapon, attempted robbery, and two counts of use of a handgun in the commission of a felony (robbery). For the felony murder conviction, appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment with all but thirty years suspended, and for use of a handgun in the commission of a felony, he was sentenced...
