Defendant appeals his conviction for criminally negligent homicide, ORS 163.145(1), and raises two assignments of error. First, he contends that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress statements that he made to the police after his arrest; second, he contends that the evidence was insufficient to prove that his acts were the legal cause of the victim's death and that the court erred by denying his motion for judgment of acquittal...
