Seattle-First National Bank (Sea-First) brought this action against Westwood Lumber, Inc. (Westwood), and Steven and Pamela Yonich (the Yoniches) to enforce a guaranty agreement. From a judgment in favor of the Yoniches, Sea-First appeals. We reverse.
