Robin C. Rife filed suit against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company to recover medical payments under a policy of insurance issued to Rife. The court entered judgment on a jury verdict which awarded medical payments, interest, and attorney fees to Rife in the total sum of $15,628.99.
