Plaintiff's only argument on appeal is that the trial court erred in failing to grant plaintiff's motion for a new trial due to the "inconsistent" verdict of the jury. Plaintiff does not contend that the trial court erred in submitting both issues to the jury, nor does it argue that the trial court erred in instructing the jury with regard to either issue or to the requirement that both issues be answered...
