This adversary proceeding came on for trial before the Court for the week of October 15 to October 19, 1990, and oral argument on October 25, 1990, resulting in a final judgment for plaintiffs, entered on May 13, 1991. In the final judgment, damages were awarded to plaintiffs in the amount of $5,166,188, and they were doubled to $10,332,376 pursuant to the New Hampshire Consumer Protection Act...
