This appeal involves the interpretation of the statute granting immunity from liability to those who in good faith participate in peer review of health care providers, sec. 146.37, Stats. We affirm the summary judgment dismissing Dr. Uriel Limjoco's claim against Drs. Jeffrey and Beth Schenck for conspiracy and tortious interference with contract because the Schencks had the good faith belief that they were participating...
