The sole issue on this appeal is whether an exception of prescription was properly maintained by a hearing officer in a claim for worker's compensation. We remand.

This record is incomplete. While the minutes indicate the exception of prescription was heard November 16, 1990 there is no available transcript of that proceeding. Additionally, there are exhibits included but there is no indication whether these were introduced into evidence at...
