This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence imposed August 27, 1991, following appellant's conviction for a summary "hit and run" vehicular offense.1 On appeal, appellant raises two issues: 1) that the applicable statute of limitations had expired and prosecution was thus time barred, and 2) that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict.
