Plaintiff appeals as of right from a circuit court order granting summary disposition for defendant Allstate Insurance Company under MCR 2.116(C)(10). Plaintiff argues on appeal that the trial court erred in basing the grant of summary disposition on the intentional act exclusionary clause in defendant's homeowners' insurance policy. We affirm.
