This petition to compel arbitration (the "Petition") is brought pursuant to Sections 4 and 201 of the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 4, 201, pursuant to an arbitration provision in the Purchase Agreement between petitioner Gestetner Holdings PLC ("Gestetner") and respondent Nashua Corporation ("Nashua").1
