The plaintiff, Isaac Reese, brought suit against Tayco Food Stores, Inc., d/b/a the County Market, and its insurer, Insurance Company of North America, claiming that he slipped and fell in the County Market store in Shreveport. Following the trial court's denial of their second motion for summary judgment, the defendants sought a supervisory writ from this court, which was granted.
