John Harlan was convicted in Dodge County Court of leaving the scene of an accident, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 39-6,104.02 (Reissue 1988), and giving false information to a peace officer, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-907 (Reissue 1989), and sentenced to 30 days in jail and a $100 fine.
