This case is before the court upon consideration of two Objections to Confirmation of Consolidated Plan filed by the Internal Revenue Service. The Objections assert that the plan attempts to discharge nondischargeable tax claims. A stipulation of facts was filed.

The IRS holds a non-dischargeable prepetition tax claim against James A. Sauer. The issue before the court concerns only interest and penalties...
