OPINION

WIGGINS, Justice.

Adan Cavazos Garza appeals his conviction for the offense of burglary of a building. The trial court found him guilty and assessed punishment at ten years' confinement, probated for ten years. On appeal, Mr. Garza contends (1) the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction and (2) the trial court abused its discretion in ordering $1250 in restitution as a condition of probation. We sustain Mr. Garza's second point of error...
