Don R. Hall was charged by bill of information with possession of cocaine, a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, with the intent to distribute. La.R.S. 40:967 A(1). A codefendant on the bill, Darnell Johnson, had his case severed before Hall was tried. After his jury trial, Hall was found guilty as charged.
