Plaintiffs appeal from the dismissal, for lack of jurisdiction, of their motion to reinstate a civil suit. The complaint for property damage and personal injuries arising out of an automobile collision was filed on July 10, 1990, and a settlement was apparently reached between plaintiffs and the claims adjuster for defendants' insurance company.
