This is an appeal by the Commonwealth challenging the discretionary aspects of the sentence imposed upon appellee Frank Scullin by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Upon evidence received at a non-jury trial, appellee was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to five years of probation.
