The sole issue in this appeal is whether the record adequately demonstrates that the defendant, Nathaniel Nelson, knowingly entered his plea of nolo contendere.1 On January 15, 1991, apparently as the result of a plea bargain with the state, the defendant entered a plea of nolo contendere pursuant to General Statutes § 54-94a2 to the charge of felony...
