GARRARD, Judge.
After a jury trial, McBride and Grooms were convicted of murder on November 7, 1975. Their motion to correct errors following the judgment asserted 65 errors. On direct appeal, in which they were represented by different counsel, they assigned 14 errors which counsel supported with a 179 page brief. The supreme court affirmed the convictions in Grooms v.
