The United States, plaintiff, brings suit against Hardin County, Texas, defendant, to recover overpayments made to Contemporary Health Management of Hardin County, Inc., (d/b/a Hardin Memorial Hospital and Hardin Medical Center), defendant, under the Social Security Act (Medicare), 42 U.S.C. § 1395 et seq.
