This case is on appeal from a judgment of the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas. Defendant-appellant, Gregory A. Pecina, pled guilty to aggravated burglary and burglary before the Honorable James E. Thierry, the then sole common pleas judge of Ottawa County. Appellant was subsequently sentenced by the Honorable Paul Moon, the newly elected sole common pleas judge of Ottawa County.
