Plaintiff, Kraft Chemical Company, Inc., filed a class action suit against defendants, Illinois Bell Telephone Company ("Bell"), Kellogg Construction Co., Inc. ("Kellogg"), and Big Trees, Inc. ("Big Trees") on behalf of all plaintiffs who sustained losses after Kellogg severed a fiber optic cable buried underground which caused a day-long cessation of telephone service in the western suburbs of Cook and DuPage Counties...
