OPINION

COHEN, Justice.

The trial judge convicted appellant of possessing at least 400 grams of cocaine and assessed his punishment at confinement for 30 years and a $10,000 fine. Appellate contends the evidence is insufficient. We affirm.

Based on a tip from a confidential informant, the police began watching appellant's residence at 5238 Ripplebrook in Houston. For approximately 10 days, they saw activity there consistent with narcotics trafficking...
