Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's present contention, his right to be present at all material stages of the trial was not violated when, in his absence, the court conducted a brief in camera inquiry regarding a sworn juror's possible presence at the arrest scene (see, People v Mullen, 44 N.Y.2d 1; see also, People v Torres, 80 N.Y.2d 944
