Justice RAKOWSKI delivered the opinion of the court:

The employer, Chicago Transit Authority, appeals the circuit court's confirmation of the Industrial Commission's decision which held that claimant Joshua Chism was injured in the course of his employment and awarded benefits to claimant. We affirm.
