JOHNSON, Justice.

The Town of Putney appeals from a superior court order granting petitioners' motion for summary judgment and issuing a writ of mandamus that compels the Town to enjoin the owners of the Mellen Building from using the property in violation of the Town zoning regulations. We affirm.
