In this appeal from the judgment entered on the jury verdict in favor of appellee Maeve Nolan, M.D., and Firm Labs Service, P.C. (hereinafter "appellees"), appellant Rodney James (hereinafter "appellant") seeks a new trial based on his contention that the trial court erred in several respects and that the jury's verdict was inconsistent with the law and the facts of this case.
