The central question in this appeal is whether an attorney may ethically tape record a conversation with a potential party opponent without the knowledge or consent of the other conversant. We hold that under the circumstances attending this case, such conduct offends neither the Mississippi Rules of Professional Conduct nor Attorney's Oath prescribed in Miss.
