The plaintiff brought this adversary proceeding to establish that several payments made by him to the Debtor, or to entities controlled by the Debtor, were nondischargeable under subsections 523(a)(2), (4) or (6) of the Bankruptcy Code and to revoke the Debtor's discharge under section 727(d)(3) of the Code because of the Debtor's alleged failure to obey an order of the Court.
