Cleveland Jackson appeals his conviction, after a three-day jury trial, of one count of illegal possession of a schedule II controlled substance, phencyclidine, Section 195.020, RSMo 1986 (repealed 1989). Additionally, Jackson appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief, after an evidentiary hearing. We have consolidated Jackson's two appeals, pursuant to Rule 29.15(l).
