STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Jay Jerome Hood ("Hood") appeals a default judgment finding him to be the father of G.D.H. in a paternity action filed by G.D.H. through his next friend, Gladys F. Elliott ("Elliott"), his mother. We affirm.
