Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, with costs, the petition is granted, the determination is annulled, and the respondents are directed to reinstate the petitioner's employment as a police officer and to afford him the due process rights provided for by statute and contract in accordance herewith; and it is further,

Ordered that the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, for calculation of the back pay and interest owed to the petitioner...
