Now before the Court are the motions for summary judgment by plaintiffs1 Bertha Redmond, Lucy Redmond, Ernestine Williams and Linda Allsop, against defendants Ralph A. and Mary M. Birkel and William J. and Mary C. Bailey. On consideration of the entire record, the Court grants plaintiffs' motions in part, and denies them in part.
