Peter M. Ford and Annette E. Ford appeal the dismissal on summary judgment of their negligence claim against Red Lion Inns, operating L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, d.b.a. Red Lion/Bellevue Center (Red Lion) stemming from Peter Ford's fall on an icy portion of Red Lion's parking lot in Bellevue, Washington. We affirm.
