These consolidated appeals involve awards of expert witness and attorney fees in condemnation proceedings initiated by the Michigan Department of Transportation for the construction of Interstate 69 between Lansing and Charlotte. Compensation was determined in each case through either trial or settlement. Plaintiff appeals as of right from circuit court orders awarding defendants Richard and Elaine Robinson $14,586 for their appraiser's expert witness...
