Robert L. Guck was charged in Lafayette County with two counts of second-degree sexual assault—intercourse with a person between the ages of twelve and sixteen in violation of sec. 940.225(2)(e), Stats. His attorney petitioned the court to determine his competency to stand trial. The court found Guck competent on the basis of a psychiatric examination and report, and he eventually entered a plea of no contest to the charges. He appeals from the judgment...
