Plaintiff, John Virapen, alleges that defendants, Eli Lilly Export, S.A. and Eli Lilly Company (both hereinafter referred to as "Lilly"), discharged him in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, Local Laws 100 and 80, and Puerto Rico contract law.
