This appeal involves an action in malpractice against two doctors, A. Lee Haydary and Erwin Robin. The case is brought by Fredrick Knight, as special administrator of the estate of Patrice Knight, deceased, in a wrongful death action and a survival action. The alleged negligence resulted in severe brain damage causing death while Patrice was under the care of Dr. Haydary for treatment of a miscarriage. The case was...
