The plaintiffs appeal, pursuant to G.L.c. 30A, § 15 (1990 ed.), from decisions of a Superior Court judge allowing the defendant's motion for summary judgment, and denying the plaintiffs' motion for class certification. We transferred the matter here on our own motion. Although several issues were properly decided in the defendant's favor, statutory changes have rendered the request for declaratory relief moot.
