COLEMAN, J.

On May 14, 1992, this court consolidated the appeals of Tyroe E. Hill and Clark E. Ross. Hill and Ross appeal sentences for one count of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, contending that the portion of the act providing for sentence enhancement for delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school violates the due process and equal protection clauses of the state and federal constitutions. We affirm.
