Plaintiff, Bank of Louisiana, appeals the trial court grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant, Imperial Casualty and Indemnity Company. The judgment dismissed Imperial as a defendant in this legal malpractice action against the law firm of Mmahat, Duffy, Opotowsky & Walker (hereafter MDOW) and Mmahat & Duffy (hereafter MD).
