The undisputed material facts in this wrongful death action are as follows: Appellee-defendants Carl Price and S. C. Cartwright, who are police officers of appellee-defendant City of Atlanta, arrested appellant-plaintiff's decedent, Robert Wadley, on a charge of murder.
