The mother of Raymond E., Samantha L. (mother), appeals from a Probate Court (Cassavechia, J.) decree granting guardianship of Raymond to Cheryl M. (guardian). Because we hold that the guardian lacked standing to petition the probate court for guardianship of Raymond, we reverse.
