Francis M. Jackson, an attorney, brought this action for unjust enrichment, breach of contract, and liability under 11 M.R.S.A. § 3-804 against Casco Northern Bank, N.A. and Casco's insurers, National Union Fire Insurance Company and American International Insurance Company.
